Meirc Training & Consulting – Dubai Branch is looking for an Emirati Client Solutions Executive to provide support to the Operations Department by managing daily administrative tasks. The selected applicant will be based in Dubai, reporting to Operations Manager.
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare in-house training and consulting proposals.
- Prepare and proof-read certificates and nameplates for in-house courses.
- Check and distribute email correspondence.
- Support Front Desk functions.
- Answer incoming calls and provide customer service.
- Assist consultants with their logistics.
- Provide hotel logistics assistance for Dubai public courses on the first day.
- Maintain and update consultants’ schedule per the PICs directive.
- Assist consultants in preparing in-house program participant evaluations
- Assist in English-Arabic translation and typing.
- Maintain professional, clean, and tidy look of the workplace.
The job requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Administration/secretarial experience
- Presentable and self-confident
