Q. How can I pay?
Your company will be invoiced and we accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, banker’s draft, check or cash.
Q. What is included in the fees?
The fees cover the training, certificate, material (hard and soft copies), tea and coffee breaks as well as a buffet lunch every day.
Q. Is there a discount for more than one registrant/course?
Yes. We have a number of discount schemes which vary depending on the number of registrations and other factors. Please call us and we will be happy to share these with you.

Q. How many public courses do you offer?
We offer in excess of 500 courses every year in a variety of locations across the region, in Europe and the Far East.
Q. What is the maximum number of delegates on public courses?
Our limit is 18. In busier seasons we make exceptions to accommodate loyal clients.
Q. What are the start and finish times for Meirc’s public courses? How many contact hours are there in a training day?
Courses start at 8:30 am and end at 3:00 pm after the buffet lunch. There are 30 contact hours per 5-day courses and 18 per 3-day courses.

Once we receive your duly completed request, one of our business development professionals or consultants will get in touch with you to understand your requirements with more detail and answer any relevant questions you may have. After all pertinent information has been exchanged, we will work on the custom-made request and send you the proposal you require and work with you to identify the ideal period and place for delivering the custom-made solution.
Q. Are your timings flexible for in-house training?
Yes. You can choose the dates and timings for In-house trainings - subject to trainer availability.
Q. Can you deliver training outside the UAE?
Yes. Our trainers travel outside the UAE to provide training in different countries throughout the Middle East and beyond.
